@tuan0369258,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

Your HP Pavilion 15-eg0505TX (46M03PA) could be upgraded with up to 2x32GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks if you so choose. You probably should have plenty of RAM with 2x8GB RAM.

You can also upgrade your M.2 NVMe SSD to any capacity you like (such as 1TB up to 4TB), and the specs also indicate that your M.2 NVMe SSD slot is 4th Gen, meaning, you can choose a 4th Gen M.2 NVMe SSD for higher performance compared with a 3rd Gen M.2 drive.

If you choose to upgrade your M.2 NVMe SSD, you'll have to use cloning software and a USB to M.2 NVMe SSD adapter, as explained very well in this YouTube instructional video: How To Clone NVMe SSD to NEW or LARGER NVMe SSD (Easy Step By Step Tutorial).

Hi tuan0369258,

For the HP Pavilion 15-eg0505TX, the maximum RAM supported is 32GB (2×16GB slots). As for the hard drive, you can upgrade it to a 2TB SSD or HDD depending on your preference. Make sure to check the specs for NVMe M.2 or SATA compatibility before purchasing.

Hope this helps!

@ayla74108,

You are not only confusing the OP but worse, you are peddling false information.  Reputable sources such as Crucial have indicated that the max RAM is 2x32GB.  Also, there is no room for a SATA SSD or HDD. An upgradeable M.2 drive is all you have.
