Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Will HP Pavilion dv9700 laptop run windows 11? Currently has windows vista and I would perform a clean install. CPU is AMD Turion X2 64, with Navdia GeForce Go 7150M graphics card. Also a DVD rw drive Lightscribe. 2 GB of Memory and HD is I think 250 gb.

HP Pavilion dv9910us Notebook PC is on front panel.

I`m not quite sure it can handle Win11, most probably based on the amount of RAM you have mentioned. However there´s a stripped-down version of Win11 called Tiny11 that has been installed in several notebooks with up to 4 GB RAM. Maybe you"ll have to upgrade your RAM to try it. I think its worth the try. I´m in the same situation as you are and I´m trying to update BIOS and RAM for my old Pavillion dv6500 to see if it´ll work. Good luck!

Yes I heard about Tiny 11. I might have 3gb of ram if not then its the max I can go with

Do you think it would handle windows 10 better. It's a great notebook and I would use it mainly for testing or movies. I really don't have a need for it now. I did when in school or Deployed.
