I just bought a new Pavilion x360 convertible 15, I would like to know how much RAM I can install as I currently have 4GB paired with an i3 processor which I feel is okay but not good enough. I have tried searching for videos on YouTube but I'm afraid I haven't been successful. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hi,
Max RAM for your system is 32GB of DDR4 2400Mhz (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 12GB
There are two slots and at the moment you have one 4GB module in one slot. You can buy RAM from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...
Example:
On page 36 of service manual you can see the stepa to upgrade RAM:

Another upgrade which would greatly improve everyday performance of the PC would be to install an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD such as the M2 Samsung 970 Evo Plus or similar.
Then install the OS and software on the SSD.
Hope it helps,
David
