Hello there,
My current laptop has 4GB RAM. I need 8GB.
Serial:[Personal Information Removed]
Product: P1A95UA#ABA
When I look in the service manual I get this message ......
"Two non-customer-accessible/upgradable memory module slots"
But shows that it supports up to 8GB of system RAM in different configurations.
Can I do a downloadable upgrade for RAM???
PLEASE HELP. I need 8GB for grad school and don't want to purchase a new computer.

Sounds like your machine is an HP 15-af131dx Notebook PC, its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c04797004
It has 4GB DDR3 SDRAM (1 DIMM), DDR3 RAM is a bit hard to find now, you can upgrade to
(a) 8GB using the following compatible RAM
https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct2kit51264bf160b/ct9660895
(b) 16GB: using the following compatible RAM
https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct2kit102464bf160b/ct9660940
No need to download anything.
