Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

I want to know the RAM that are compatible to my notebook PC.... And also the maximum memory that my notebook pc can acquired... Please suggest also the best RAM for my notebook PC... I want to upgrade my notebook pc, to prevent lagging when i'm editing video & picture, and also playing games... THANK YOU!!! ^_^
