Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba125cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I'm thinking to buy "HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba125cl" laptop which comes with 256GB SSD and 8GB RAM. I want to know following details.

 

1) What is the release date of this model as I couldn't find it online and only available in costco.com

2) Are there any extra slots either for adding extra RAM or extra SSD anyone for this model.

Answers:

 

  1. Release date: you can look at its serial number, as you have not bought it therefore I can't say when.
  2. RAM: it has two SODIMM memory module slots, non-customer-accessible/non-upgradable.  Supports up to 12-GB of system memory.

Hi Banhien,

 

Thanks for your reply. But I'm sorry to say I that I was not clear. So, you mean to say that there is no extra slot for extending RAM but I can replace the existing 8GB with max 12GB RAM?
