latop 14dq3007C2 is an invalid model/product. I think it is an HP 14-dq3007CA (CA is for Canada). Its specs

It ONLY has Intel® Pentium® Silver N6000 (up to 3.3 GHz burst frequency, 4 MB L3 cache, 4 cores) processor therefore it has 1 slot of RAM and support1 8GB max. You can replace 4GB using 8GB compatible RAM such as https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs824a/ct15564768 (RAM will run at 2333MHz).
