Can I add HP EX900 M.2 250GB PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe 3D TLC NAND Internal Solid State Drive?
Or replace existing hard drive with this one?

Hi,
Your notebook only supports M2 SATA3 SSDs such as the M2 Samsung 860evo or similar which will still give a great boost to the performance of the PC,
However, before buying the drive you should check if the slot is present on motherboard as sometimes notebooks that did not come with M2 SSD are missing the physical slot on motherboard.
On page 37 of service manual you can see how to remove the bottom cover to have a look:

Your welcome.
I believe it does. As you can see Crucial offers M2 SSDs for your model and they guarantee their upgrades. However to be 100% sure you should take a look. It is only five screws. You can peel the two back rubber feet back a little to get to the screws under them. (it will also give you a little practice for when you need to install the drive)
