Hey.
I bought my laptop with a 256 GB SSD, and I barely have any storage left. I'm wondering, if I can buy another SSD for it or only a HDD. If I buy a 1 tb HDD, which kind should it be and is it a specific HDD that's made for my laptop, or can it be any kind, and where can I buy it from, if it's a specific one. When I buy it, do I have to open my laptop and put it in myself, or go to a store and let the experienced guy do it?
My unit: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx

@Daniel_Harisi Greetings from the HP Community!
Here's the list of parts tested and approved to work for your device, check out the dual storage configuration recommended for your device:
I must let you know that HP does not recommend upgrades or hardware changes as the device is equipped with parts that perform at its optimal performance by design, that said, the upgradeable parts listed by HP articles are purely for your ease, as the decision to upgrade will be at your own discretion.
For steps on how to replace the SSD or more: visit page. 45 of Component replacement procedures, by clicking here
