you cannot change processor , GPU in any laptops available there. But you can eventually upgrade your RAM as per your current laptop configuration.For example if your laptop chipset supports max RAM upto 16GB and you have 8GB of ram then you can upgrade it, but if your laptop is already maxed to the limit then it is not possible to further upgrade anything.

Your model has two RAM slots which will take up to 1GB each -- for a total of 2GB -- which is not enough to run any modern Windows OS.
The HDD is supposedly 60GB, which means it may be an IDE drive, and if that is the case, you can not replace it with SSD because those are SATA drives. Also, a PC that old will have a BIOS limit of 120GB, and IDE drives are VERY HARD to find these days. And, even if it IS a SATA drive, drives of 120GB are also very hard to find these days.
You'd be spending money for very little improvement.
