So, I have my laptop and it has a usb c port with a lightening sign which probably suggests that it has power delivery. My model is a Envy x360 13 Ag 0035au. I have tried to charge it with a usb c one plus 7T 30w charger. It does work but only while it is turned off as there is the indicator on the side which urns orange. If you turn it off it stops charging. So I thought it might be dur to low voltage. Will a 65 w charger help me to do it? And if yes what product should I go for?

Thank you for posting back.
I can understand its burden to carry such a weight but you're using two different power source devices which is not compatible.
I would suggest just use the computer charger for computer and mobile charger for mobile.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 2 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HDMI 2.0, HP Sleep and Charge); 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (1 HP Sleep and Charge); 1 headphone/microphone combo installed on the PC.
And your computer does not support charging input delivery using USB charger.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

And one more thing. You said it does not support charging input delivery using USB charger. So that means i have to have a power delivery cable alongside a pd charger. And is it okay if I charge with 45 watt. Cause samsung has a 45 watt charger whichi is pd capable. So is it okay if I charge keeping in mind that my laptop has a 65 watt power rating. Getting the samsung charger would let me charge my laptop and my s9+ with the same charger and lessen the burden of the weight.
