What is your PC 15-er0000 (23T75AV) ? No specs available
From its manual,, it requires 65W or 45W charger. 20W is too weak, it may charge your machine overnight, off or idle.

Hello, Thank you for the reply. I want to know 1. If it would be safe to attempt? I understand it may not be an ideal power output, but mainly want to know if this is something that will not harm the laptop?
