Can I add more RAM in bk193ms ? I believe it has 2 slots according to HP details for this laptop.

Upgrading the memory moules for this notebook is quite disassembly intensive!

This is what you likely saw:

 

Memory module Two SODIMM slots, non-accessible/non-upgradeable
Support for DDR3L-1600 dual channel
 
 
Although the Manual says 8 gigs max it is really 2 x 8 = 16 as the maximum
 
Start on p. 28 and then you go all the way to p. 47 where memory starts. Unfortunately it is necessary to remove the motherboard to access memory slots.
