What do you mean FIT ?6450b is a series of many models/products. I don't know your 6450b but from the following information they all use same PGA988 socket.

Motherboard on your machine and CPU have 2 different sockets. Even if fit physically new CPU won't work on your machine.

The exact model was 6550b

6550b and 6450b machines have SAME specs except for their screens 14" and 15" (4 for 14" and 5 for 15").
