Is there an adapter for my PCMCIA card?

Firtly there is NO adapter for SD card, SD card reader/writer is not designed that way. I can't find an adpater for USB - PCMCIA.  Some people say the following adapter works

I have not tested it with my digital (tape) camera after reading the following articles

I use ExpressCard to Firewire on one of my machine. New laptops now don't have Expresscard slot. My suggestion
