Hi @Manneet,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I’m really sorry to hear about the screen damage on your HP laptop. I know how stressful it can be when something essential stops working, especially when you need it fixed quickly.

To set the right expectations, physical screen damage isn’t covered under the standard warranty, so whether the laptop is in warranty or out of warranty, the repair would be chargeable. That said, the best and fastest way to get this resolved is to visit an HP Authorized Service Center near you. They can physically inspect the device, confirm the exact issue, provide a repair quote, and help get it fixed as soon as possible.

To contact the Authorized store, click here:  HP® Service Center Locator - New Zealand | HP® Support.

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance.

Have a great day!
