Hello, I'm trying to run design software (2020 Design) on my laptop and it lags or crashes. Can I increase my memory or graphic card to resolve this problem? I read the graphic card is soldered to the motherboard in my articular model. If this is true upgrading the graphic card would be off the table. Any help you can provide is appreciated.

Thank you,

Hi, Will:
Unfortunately, you can do neither.
The memory, processor and graphics are integral parts of the motherboard and are not individually upgradable.
Chapter 3 of the service manual has the list of supported motherboards.
Your PC has the best motherboard offered with 16 GB of onboard memory.
All motherboards come with the onboard Intel graphics, so there aren't any motherboards with better graphics.
