I just bought the HP Stream 14" Celeron (Model  14-cb171wm) and I wanted to know if I bought an sd card, will it improve storage? I only use my computer to play sims 4 but I play with a lot of expansion packs and mods and this computer doesn't have enough storage. I don't know anything about computers, so trying to read up on this& do my own research is very confusing and frustrating. I was thinking of buying the Sandisk - Ultra Plus 128GB SDXC UHS-I Memory Card.

Your Stream notebook has support for SD/SDHC/SDHC  SD memory cards.

 

I recommend buying  extreme versions with 150 MB/S or better access times.

 

The sandisk memory card you are considering is pretty slow.  It has only 80 mb/s access time.
