Can I install a 2nd M.2 PCIe SSD to my HP Envy laptop 14-eb1035nr?

Hi:

HP only has the service manual for the older 15-eb0xxx model series.

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

Chapter 1 has the supported drive types and configurations.

According to the manual, there is only one M.2 slot that supports up to a 2 TB NVMe SSD.

If you want more storage you will need to remove the 512 GB NVMe SSD and install one having a greater storage capacity.

Thanks for your info.

So,  15-eb0xxx model has only one M.2 PCIe slot. How about 14-eb1000 model? Does anyone know?

You're very welcome.

I made a mistake in my reply yesterday.

I referenced the 15-eb notebook but I did give you the manual for the 14-eb000 notebook and there is only one slot.

There is no manual for the 14-eb1xxx model series.

So, you will have to open it up and check.

I highly doubt a 14" notebook will come with 2 M.2 slots.
