Ref.... WD_Black NVME SN750 SSD @ 500 GB---
I Cannot find IF my Berks 844C MotherBd has M.2 PCle - and - NVME Support FOR this WD SSD drive.
I see in product data (1) Expansion Slot M.2 Socket 3 Key M = Good;
I see (1) PCle x4 Expansion Socket;
From WD product page: [ Even if the M.2 connector with only an M key can accept a SATA SSD or a PCIe NVMe SSD, the system you will need to refer to the technical manual of your system ( BIOS ? ) to ensure that a Gen 3 x 4 lane M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD is supported in that system .
I really Searched but the key info is well hidden; Any Help is Much appreciated!

You're very welcome.
The motherboard should have a PCIe Gen 3 x 4 slot, but even if it didn't that doesn't mean the WD Black drive wouldn't work.
it just means it wouldn't run at its fastest rated speed.
Run the free utility that I zipped up and attached below that should show you the PCIe generation of the M.2 slot your PC has.
I also recommend you buy the WD Black drive that comes with the heatsink attached because that will help it run cooler.
I had no idea how hot NVMe drives run and I had to add a 'strap on' heatsink to my Crucial P5 SSD.
Really made a difference runs 10C - 12C cooler then before I added the heatsink.

Thanks, Paul.
Ref: ["ensure that a --Gen 3 x 4 lane-- M.2 --PCIe --NVMe --SSD is supported in that system ....
Answer only if already known - No Search intended ....
NOT being Hi-tech ..... I AM confused about WD wanting PCle AND NVME and -- x4 -- appearing with the PCle Expansion Slot Name, and the M.2, socket3, key M being a Requirement, too.
Is the x4 reference in -- Gen 3 x4 lane -- Unrelated to the PCle Expansion Slot "x4"
WHAT am I missing in those specs ..... as you wouldn't Fill Both Expansion slots?
Do you know? Thanks!
