Microsoft Windows 11

I ordered a Omnibook X 14 laptop on May 26 from this site and it was delivered on June 12 (Order number H363772701).  I just started to try and use it but it is having this constant screen flickering issue and the touch features are not working properly.  I come to get support and it doesn't appear to be possible.  I try to chat with someone but everything online wants me to enter my serial, which I literally copy/paste from the order summary page on this site, and it says it doesn't exist.  The only people I can reach are sales people that say they can't help me and keep giving me instructions to get support through the website which again will not let me get any because it says my serial number doesn't exist.  

 

My mental health has been in the toilet lately and my 2yo daughter is fighting cancer and this was purchase was supposed to help get some stuff done from the hospital.  I am very prone to panic attacks and have already had two of them from trying to get the screen to stop flickering and spending 2 hours trying to get help from the support site.  Please can someone just help me with a return for this?  I can't deal with this anymore.  I'll just go buy something from Best Buy instead so I can take any issues I have directly into the store.
