Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I know that official documentation says max 32 Gb of Ram, but the chipset and the CPU supports 64 Gb. So my question ih , can I put 64 Gb ram into my laptop?

Hi:

 

32 GB is the max for your notebook.

 

If it had 4 memory slots (which it doesn't), then you could have installed 4 x 16 GB of memory.

 

Even the Crucial memory report which often shows more memory is supported then what the PC manufacturer indicates, shows the max is 2 x 16 GB.

What is the product number of your notebook?

It has :

Intel® HM370 chipset

Intel® Core™ i7-8750H cpu

2 slots for ram
