If you are asking about a notebook that is recent, the answer is no, unless you use an external USB adapter.

 

HP Spectre notebooks of recent years all accept microSD memory cards, not full sized SD cards like the one you are asking about.

 

You have not identified your PC or notebook in a way that any of us can determine its specific hardware characteristics.
