Yes, you can.

 

The 15-cc1xx model series is the only model series in the 15-ccXXX model series that will support a M.2 NVMe SSD.

 

But since the M.2 slot is only PCIe Gen 3.0, a Gen 4.0 SSD will not run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds.

The manual indicates M.2 NVMe SSD support for the 15-cc6xx model series, but that is incorrect as several forum members have tried to install M.2 NVMe SSD's in that model series with a 100% unsuccessful rate.
