Can I replace the HDD. with a SSD without having to reinstall Windows 10

This is a physical swap, you can simply

 

(a) Buy 2.5" SSD and an 2.5" USB enclosure (or similar)  (*)

(b) Connect SSD (inside the enclosure) to your machine,

(c) Clone existing HDD to SSD using cloning software,  (**)

(d) Swap HDD and SSD. Now you can use old HDD as an external HDD.

 

(*) 2.5" enclosure:  example
