@SHOV0N I would assume that you got a bit confused by the "switchable" part.
This is simply referring to switchable graphics as in the laptop can utilize both the power-efficient integrated graphics and when it needs to, switch to the more powerful discrete graphics card, in this case, the NVIDIA GeForce 930MX.

Hello @SHOV0N,
Unfortunately, it's not possible to upgrade most graphics cards on consumer laptops. Integrated graphics such as Intel HD Graphics and even switchable graphics are all embedded into the motherboard so you would have to switch out the entire motherboard to do this, which would set you back quite a bit. This isn't quite worth it.
Only high-end workstations and such have replaceable graphics cards.
Hope that helps,
Eddy

Hi, @SHOV0N
EddyK is 100% correct regarding the information he provided.
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

The component removal and replacement procedures can be found in chapter 6.
You will not find any procedure to remove or replace the graphics card, because there aren't any.
Only some of the HP ZBook mobile workstations have removable graphics cards.
