When the time comes and my storage is full, I'll need a dtorage update.

Can I change the NVME Drive for a bigger one?

Or is there anothet slot for upgrade?

Its specs

It only has  1 TB 5400 rpm SATA. What is your M.2 SSD now (you can check in Device Manager).

Sorry, I'm using my old account, i forgot my laptop is still linked here. My new laptop and the ine I'm talking about is 14s-fq1005AU

I have a 1TB SK Hynix Gold P31 SSD in my Pavilion 15-eh0095nr, and it works without issues. However, I read someone had an issue using the same SSD in a 17 inch HP 17-by4000 (which is in the base HP series, not Pavilion). I wonder if HP limits the NVMe transfer speeds in their base model laptops.

Your  14s-fq1005AU has  512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ SSD pre-installed. You should be able to swap it out to get a larger (capacity) drive using

         Or similar from reputable vendors.

BTW, the reason I like the SK Hynix Gold P31 is due to its perfomance to watt ratio. Also, avoid Kingston, lots of compatibility issues.
