Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
The Service Manual for your model claims it has two memory slots and each one can handle up to a 8GB memory stick, for a total of 16GB memory.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

Hi,
Your PC supports max 16GB of DDR4-2133 Mhz RAM (2x8GB)
On pages 3 and 58 of service manual you can see the various configurations and steps to upgrade RAM.It is a quite complex procedure to upgrade the RAM on your PC as you can see on page 58 because you need to remove the whole motherboard to get to it.

You can also watch these HP videos which could help in the upgrade (click on memory module in list on left)
