Product: Pavilion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 13-u131TU of Pavilion x360 notebook and this notebook only has 1 slot for RAM and it is occupied with 4GB. My laptop is running slow so I want to upgrade the RAM. Can I upgrade the RAM as it is intact to the motherboard? How much can I upgrade with only single slot?

You can upgrde to

 

(a)  8GB: add 4GB more to slpot 2 using the following ocmpatiblr RAM or similar):

                 https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct4g4sfs824a/ct11976264    (will run at 2133 MHz)

(b) 12GB: add 8GB more to slot 2 - ( not recommended) using

                 https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs824a/ct11976271 (will run at 2133 MHz)

(c) 16GB (max) install 8GB each on BOTH slote using

                https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k8g4sfs824a/ct11976251

Where did you get information from ? Your machine uses Core processor, it should have 2 slots of RAM as shown on page 2 of its manual

which says you can have 2 x 8GB max

Dear Sir, I used BOIS system configuration it tells 'slot 1 bottom (left)' DeviceLocator, I used Task Manager as well it also tells ' slots used: 1 of 1. I used a third party app CPU-Z it also tells slot-1 only. So I don't know what is wrong. Please help me out?
