Yes, you can upgrade your HP Pavilion 14-ec0033au to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-EEC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks.

 

According to: HP Pavilion Laptop 14-ec0033AU Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support, your laptop has two RAM slots, fitted with 2 x 8GB RAM.
