HP Recommended

I have a laptop with 8 GB ram (HP Pavilion Laptop 14-ce3501na). Would I be able to upgrade the ram on this? 

 

I would ideally like 16 GB ram (or could I go even higher).

 

If I could upgrade, what memory slots would I buy?

Unfortunately, HP has not updated the service manual for your notebook's mode series and only has the one at the link below.

According to chapter 1 of the service manual, the notebook has one memory slot and can support 2 x 16 GB of memory.

 

The crucial memory info at the link below indicates that this 16 GB DDR4-3200 MHz memory module would be supported:

 

Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT16G4SFRA32A | Crucial UK
