Hello!
I want to upgrade my laptops screen. I want to upgrade matrix type primary, but if I have chance I would like to upgrade resolution to. I have Pentium b980, Radeon HD 7650m laptop version.
So can I do this? If yes, witch display I need?

Unfortunately, every display type has specific connector(s) which plug into respective headers on particular system boards.
You would find that if you purchased a display other than the one your notebook was delivered with, that the display connector(s) would not fit when you attempt to plug them into the system board of your notebook.
So, the answer to your question of "can I do this?" is no.
