Unfortunately, that would not be possible.

 

Intel PC's need a minimum of an 8th generation core processor and all of the processors from the 5th generations on are all integral parts of the motherboard and aren't removable like your notebook's is.

 

If you are interested in running W11 on your notebook as it is, here is an easy way to bypass the W11 hardware checks so you can do an in-place upgrade to W11.
