Product: HP Envy Notebook 13-AB0XX

I'm considering to but a refurbished HP Envy Notebook 13-AB0XX with 8GB RAM onboard, but would like to upgrade to 16GB.

 

Is this possible ?

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, the memory is not upgradable in that model series.

 

The memory is an integral part of the motherboard and HP offered 3 motherboards with different memory configurations...4 GB, 8 GB or 16 GB.

 

The list of supported motherboards can be found in chapter 3 of the service manual.
