hello,

I had purchased a 1 year HP care pack in January thinking it would cover any accidental repairs and then I realized it does not. So I looked further into other warranty packages and found out there is an actual package that will do accidental repair work. 

My question is since I have already bought a warranty package is there a way I can upgrade it to the other without having to buy it separately? 

 

Unless, would I have to refund my care pack and then make a whole new purchase with the accidental repair pack?
