Just want to know if it's possible to swap out my CPU or not. I definitely want to upgrade my RAM, but I would also like to switch the CPU if possible as well.
I tried looking up the specs to see if it's possible or not, but I couldn't find the pertinent info anywhere.

No, you can't upgrade CPU, if you wish, you can buy new System Board on the following list
● AMD Ryzen 5-2500U processor part # L20664-001
● AMD Ryzen 3-2300U processor part # L20665-001
● AMD Ryzen 3-2200U processor part # L20666-001
● AMD A9-9425 processor part # L20477-001
● AMD A6-9225 processor part # L20478-001
● AMD A4-9125 processor part # L31720-001 ----> your machine now.
● AMD E2-9000e processor part # L20479-001
For RAM, it has 4GB DDR4-1866 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) now. Your machine use A4 processor, it only has one slot of RAM and supports 8GB max, you can use (will run at 1866 MHz):
