Hello. I have a HP pavilion gaming with a Ryzen 5 CPU. It is not soldered to the main board and it's possible to remove it as if it was a regular CPU. I'm wondering if I might be able to upgrade it with a better CPU with the same socket as the one I have on my board

Unfortunately, the answer is no.

Your laptop does not have a socketed processor.  It is a BGA (ball grid array type).

The processor on your laptop's system board is integrated into (soldered onto) the system board.

An upgrade would require complete replacement of the system board with one in the list of the Illustrated parts catalog that is part of the Maintenance & service guide for your laptop model series.
