Microsoft Windows 11

I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade the memory for a HP 14-0052dx Windows 11 laptop, and what size memory will it take? Secondly, what would I need to upgrade it's storage?  Thank you. Ann

Hi, Ann:

You are missing some letters from the model number you posted.

Is this your notebook model?

If so, according to this link, it has one memory slot that supports a maximum of a 1 x 8 GB memory chip.

Can you upgrade the storage?

Since your notebook has a 64 GB eMMC drive, those normally cannot be upgraded.

According to this discussion regarding a similar model with similar specifications, there isn't a M.2 slot to add a M.2 SSD, so you will have to make do with the 64 GB drive your notebook came with.
