Can I upgrade my HP Notebook 14-ck0024tx  RAM to 16gb of RAM? or any suggestions? or advice to help me upgrade my HP Notebook. Thanks in advance.

Yes, of course.
Your computer supports a maximum of 16 gb of ram according to the information provided by Hp.
It has two slots.
Compatible ram memories:
8 GB 862398-855
4 GB 862397-859
Compatible ram memory crucial brand:
https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-14-ck0024tx#memory
The ram memory that you must acquire must be: DDR4 up to 3200 mhz.
