I just want to know that can I upgrade my HP Pavilion 15-EG2009TU RAM from 8GB to 16GB??

Hi:

 

Yes, you can upgrade the memory, but since your notebook comes with 2 x 4 GB of DDR4-3200 memory, you will have to replace both chips with 8 GB DDR4-3200 memory.

 

HP does not have the service manual for your notebook's model series, only the manual for the older 15-eg1xxx series is available.
