Is a RAM upgrade possible for the HP Spectre x360 15 df0004na RAM up to 32GB?
I had a look inside my laptop since the warranty expired a couple of years ago but I do not see any individual memory modules, not sure if they're soldered onto the motherboard or whether I'm looking in the wrong place but Crucial's website is stating it is possible:

Thank you.

Hi:
According to the product specs for your notebook, it comes with 8 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (onboard) memory.
HP Spectre x360 - 15-df0004na Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
'Onboard' means the memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
However, chapter 1 of the service manual indicates the memory can be upgraded and chapter 5 shows how to remove and replace the memory.
Looks like the memory is hidden underneath a metal heat shield.
If you can remove the memory, then the Crucial report would be accurate--an upgrade possible to 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-2666 memory.

[EDIT:] @Paul_Tikkanen beat me to it! -However: here is a helpful HP video clip showing you how to access and/or change your RAM: (497) Replace the Memory Module(s) | HP Spectre x360 15 Convertible | HP - YouTube.
Hope this was useful.
