Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am planning to buy Crucial BX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA 6.35 cm (2.5-Inch) Internal SSD - CT1000BX500SSD1 for my HP Pavillion x360 14-cd1055cl. Attached are the pics of the laptop internals. Do you think this ssd will fit? Also, do I need to buy ssd adapter and cable?

According to your Service Manual  it does have a space for a 2.5" drive. There is a parts list for cable and rubber gasket.

I did not understand your last sentence. I should be buying an adapter and cable is it? Can you share with me the links where I can buy these two?

 

does this [content removed] connector compatible with my pc and the SSD mentioned above
