No, upgrading the PCIe slot of your HP Victus 15 laptop from its current configuration to x16 is not feasible. Laptops generally have PCIe lanes integrated into the motherboard and chipset, and they are not user-upgradable.

The PCIe lane allocation is determined by the hardware design and is typically limited to x4 for NVMe SSDs or other components in laptops.
