Can I upgrade my Laptop's white backlit keyboard to 4 zone rgb keyboard?

So its been a month with my new omen ryzen 5 with 1660ti laptop and now iv have noticed newer ryzen models have come which have the 4 zone rgb with them, so I was wondering if somehow I could upgrade my keyboard to a rgb one and I'm ready to pay any extra price.

My first reaction was no. But indeed there is a replacement top cover that would provide the rgb backlight. See p. 60 of the Manual here:

You may think you are prepared for an "extra price" but this would cost a good percent the price of a new laptop. The part would be expensive in and of itself and replacing the whole top cover requires complete disassembly and rebuilding of the laptop. My guess is at least the equivalent of $500 US. Post back if you wish to pursue as we would have to see if the replacement top cover is even available in the parts supply chain.
