I've gotten conflicting advice as to whether I can increase the RAM on my Spectre 13 above 8GB. Please advise. Thank you.

HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0013dx Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
It comes with 8 GB LPDDR4-3200 SDRAM (onboard) memory.
'Onboard' means that the memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be removed or upgraded.
Below is the link to the service manual.
Chapter 3 shows the list of motherboards that come configured with different amounts of memory.
Chapter 5 shows that there is no memory removal or replacement procedure.
