HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-aa0000 (7M3L3AV)

I bought my Spectre last week and it has 16gb ram. Already idling at 43 percent and when I open Chrome and some other app together it shows 88 percent and it lags. How can I upgrade ram in this computer. HP SUPPORT APP shows 2 slots of 8gb ram but HP's website shows as onboard memory and cannot be upgraded. Which one is right?

@nototheendof,

That HP Support app provides sort of misleading information.

According to the HP document below, your 16 GB memory is not installed in the sockets. It is the onboard memory, meaning that the memory is soldered on the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

This video mentions the onboard memory at time 2:54. To the left of the heat sink are two metal covers with the onboard memory chips being underneath them.
