My laptop came with 16 GB of RAM. I am wondering if I can upgrade to 32 GB?

I  have done some research and ran a Powershell command it appears it does have a max capacity of 32 GB, but I just want to make sure that my model can indeed swap out RAM sticks? If so, what recommendations would you have on brando and specs?

I also downloaded CPU-Z (?) but don't know how to interpret all of the information. TIA!

So, if my processer's max capacity is 32 GB of of ram type DDR4-3200. Then, should each 16 GB ram stick be 1600 Mhz to combine for 3200 or can each 16 GB ram stick be 3200 Mhz?

HP Recommended

It must be 3200, there is no DDR4 memory with 1600 frequency.
