Hello,
I am thinking of upgrading RAM to 64 GB 32 on each slot on my Laptop but I saw on the crucial website that only 16 Gb is supported can anyone clarify this to me?

Hi,
Max RAM for your notebook is 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz (2x16GB) even if the service manual mentions 16GB. It is not only the CPU that determines the amount of RAM, but the firmware and motherboard.
You can purchase from your preferred brand.
On page 38 of the service manual, you can see the steps to install RAM

Hope it helps,

You can use RAM from your preferred brand. Samsung is good. I often use Crucial and have never really had any problems.
The one you linked should work well.

David
