Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop is hp 15q1001TU  , 5 years old . It has windows 11, 8gb with 1tb storage, no SSD card , Intel core i5 8th Gen. It's now too slow , lags too much, loading time is too long , takes too much time to open any application. I want it to upgrade with an SSD card, but I don't know if it's upgradeable or not, and which type of SSD card it is compatible with. please tell me if I can upgrade it with an SSD card or not. And which SSD card would be best for it.
