Is it an HP 15-ac122tu as shown

It uses 2 GHz Intel Core i3-5005U with Intel HD Graphics 5500
You can't upgrade from i3 to i5 because the CPU is soldred to the motherboard. You have to buy new motherborad this is similar to buy new machine.
